57 New York Style Restaurant Tokyo

A New York style restaurant and lounge opening in February 2007 at 4-2-35, Roppongi. 57 is the first restaurant and lounge in Tokyo, produced by Metromet in collaboration with native New Yorkers Steven Hall of The Hall Company, and architect Glen Coben. 57 is being designed and conceptualized as an alliance between New York and Tokyo. The menu is a New York style that works perfectly for a full dinner or for a late night bite. Cooking on a nightly basis will be Chef Fumio Yonezawa who recently cooked with Jean-Georges Vongerichten at his 4-star namesake restaurant in New York. The cocktails served will be both classic and creative with many drinks created specifically for 57.
